I am sorry but I press home and see no pictures and it is not blue. I wonder if I do not have something set up right on my browser. Will keep looking.
Thanks

got it. Thanks
I don't know how I got to this website but it wasn't through that page. Pressing home does not take me back there either.
Love the site though.

Out on point with Dwalker, 4 pulls about 4 gallons, they are running just fine, big groups of people have 4 or 5 pails full already, not the mother load, but awfully good! We are near the break wall by duluth entry! Sweet!

Just got home, long night, got to meet dwalker, great guy, lots of energy to pull all night. We ended up with 10 gallons to split. We were packed up ready to leave at midnight, and the people next to us brought in a net with about 3 gallons in it! We unpacked pretty quick and got a bunch more! Wait till ya see the picks. We had a great time, met Erik the fireman, thanks for the beer guys!
They are still running just fine everyone!
I'm not sure how the Lester is doing, I never made it up there tonight! Can someone update us?

We were taking a few photos getting ready to go, just before a nice run came in. We caught these and more in about 1.5 hours! Attachments:

The guys next to us brought in a big net full, so we unpacked, and headed out for another pull. And this was our biggest of the night! Pictures are always better than words! Attachments:

I know where the break wall is but do you guys park along the main street to Smelt there? Do you have to walk through Private Property going by people's houses for a shorter walk? Thanks.

Yes, we just parked on the main street just after the bridge. It was very busy and we had to take a spot a couple blocks down. Then walk back to the bridge and follow the sidewalk over to the beach, and hop down the side wall on to the beach where it's pretty low. There are some small "access" walkways that go down to the beach in between some houses. I'm not sure if they are "public" or private, so be polite. I'm sure they get a little annoyed this time of the year!
Our mix last night had a few more females in it, but it still seems to be mainly males. So maybe the best is still yet to come, but things were plenty good for everyone in that area last night!

A newby here. Will the smelt be running this weekend? Friday night? Saturday night? We are coming up from the Twin Cities. A recommendation for where we would go? Where we would get nets? Do we need chest waders? Thank you!
